We are proud to have provided pet supplies and services since 2013. Our journey began with a successful dog walking service started by our founder, William Ayers. In the summer of 2017, we opened our first brick-and-mortar location in the lovely Church and Wellesley Village. Our Zendog center features a fully stocked, two-level pet shop that specializes in quality pet foods, including raw, dry, wet, frozen, and freeze-dried options. We also offer a wide range of related pet products, such as toys, treats, collars, harnesses, leashes, apparel, and everything in between.
In addition to our retail offerings, we provide a variety of services, including professional grooming, boutique doggy daycare, cat and dog visits, and more. In the summer of 2021, we expanded by opening a second location in the Bloor West Village. Most recently, in the fall of 2023, we launched our third location in the ever-growing Canary District.
Oh, did we mention that our online shop is a click away? We offer an amazing selection of products, along with free local delivery. We take pride in caring for your pet with the love and attention they deserve. With years of experience and many happy clients, your pet will feel at home at Zendog.

William and his team at Zen Dog are just incredible, I don't have enough good things to say about them! I completely trust them to look after my puppy, Buttons. We have used their daycare, walking and boarding services, as well as frequented their retail store. I have yet to try their grooming, but I will in the near future! William and Buttons' dog walker Sarah took the time to get to know us and our dog, and make the experience using them personal and friendly. I really appreciate their great communication; we get text updates, pictures and video throughout the day so we can stay connected with our pup! The retail and daycare facility is incredible, very clean, beautiful, spacious, and a great, convenient location. Overall, I highly recommend Zen Dog and am so grateful to discovered them.

William is like an uncle to our 10 week old GoldenDoodle Rolo. Not only is Will reliable with his walks, he provides my wife Melissa with some much needed tips and best practices with regards to training. While bringing home a puppy can be stressful, Will has helped us to cope and keep our heads straight.
I would recommend Zen Dog Services to anyone with a puppy or a dog. We expect to continue to use Zen Dog Services in some capacity for the foreseeable future!

We've been with Zen Dogs from the very beginning and have watch the team grow, add services, and expand their area of coverage. Through all of this they have never lost the feeling of truly caring about their clients and their client's owners. Since we have moved out of their coverage area we aren't with them anymore but we still make trips to the Zendog store and our pupper still goes crazy with excitement if we're anywhere within two blocks.
