William is the owner of Zendog and was raised with dogs throughout his life. One of his great furry friends was Zen, a very special boxer, hence the name Zendog
William has tremendous experience with dogs of all sizes and breeds, was educated in New York City and holds a bachelors degree in Economics & Mathematics from Baruch College Zicklin School of Business. Passionate about dog training, William is a proud member and a student of the APDT (Association of Professional Dog Trainers)

Begum has been a dedicated dog lover since childhood. Her passion for dogs motivated her to start several dog services, including dog walking, pet sitting, and boarding. This journey eventually led her to join the Zendog team. Currently, she focuses on ensuring that dogs receive proper care, that the pet services operate smoothly, and that the social media channels and website for retail and services function efficiently. Aussies are her spirit animal.
IRINA
PET PROFESSIONAL
Irina is an avid hiker and has a passion for animals. She always had pets at home: dogs, cats, birds. She owned two bull terriers for more than ten years and enjoyed different outdoor activities with them, such as skiing, rollerblading and of course walking. Irina also has extensive experience of looking after friends’ and neighbors’ pets: pets/house overnight sitting, feeding, puppy visits, brushing, and even giving a pet massage!
Irina is happy to take dogs to walk and play in a safe, friendly environment to reduce the stress of being alone for many hours and a lack of exercise. Every dog is special and she treats them as her own sending pictures to owners for their peace of mind. Dogs are members of our families and Irina treats them with endless love.
With a lifelong passion for dogs, Francesca has been working with pups of all ages and personalities for years. Growing up with terriers, she developed a deep understanding of their energy and intelligence, which later evolved into professional experience in training, senior dog care, and behavior management.
As part of Zendog since the very beginning, Francesca is dedicated to ensuring that every dog feels safe, engaged, and loved.
When she’s not surrounded by four-legged friends, you’ll find her exploring Toronto’s hiking trails, running, or baking fresh bread.

ALYNIA
RETAIL SALES ASSOCIATE
Enthusiastic about all things dog and cat, Alynia has found perfect home at Zendog! She enjoys learning and is constantly updating her knowledge on all subjects from pet nutrition to grooming. Alynia holds course certificates from Duke University in Dog Emotion and Cognition and Animal Behaviour and Welfare from the University of Edinburgh. Having three dogs and cats herself she’s no stranger to the many quirks and idiosyncrasies that may arise in your pet and is always happy to lend a helping hand!
At Zendog we are all about your Pooch! We understand the importance your dog has with you, that they are part of the family too! We feel that a good wash and groom is an essential part of maintaining a healthy and happy dog. Our knowledgeable pet stylists will be happy to speak with you and discuss any concerns or questions you have regarding the grooming process and the benefits of it as well. Or, if you want to just gush about your dog too, that’s perfectly fine as well!
